I tend to build lasting relationships, which means that I value loyalty. I tend to be personally very loyal and I behave in ways that seem to evoke loyalty in other people. I have multiple friends I’ve known since first grade or before. Now we may live on different continents, but we find ways to keep in touch. I value hard earned money and so I am personally very prudent about spending clients’ hard earned money in ways that get them the best bank for the buck by spending the right amount for the right things tangibly. I value data - ie measuring & monitoring the right metrics through the value chain - as being key in controlling output. And finally, I value empowering clients through transparency and speed to be able to make the right decisions.
It is my aspiration to understand my clients pain points and their desire to be

I am married to a most loving lawyer, Alice and have 3 crazy children that entertains you endlessly. I enjoy spending time with my family and doing altruistic work for The Bishan Home for the Intellectually Disabled together. a variety of industries (OTT Media, Advertising, SaaS & E-commerce). He was heading Sales &
Marketing for the Direct to Consumer Business in HOOQ (JV Singtel, Warner Bros & Sony) for
APAC where he saw the company scale to 80
He was part of the Launch & Business Development team of Amazon.in for 3 years in the International expansion team where he launched and scaled Media/Gaming categories. He has also Co-founded startups in the Advertising/SaaS space & raised multi-million $ funding in APAC, He saw the company scale to 20 million users and do 25 million $ GMV. He holds an MBA from one of the top business schools in Asia (IIM Bangalore).
Shashikant is a thought leader in Analytics with over three
decades of cross-industry experience. Educated from Indian Statistical
Institute, Delhi, his experience spans application of Data Science, ML, NLP, Analytics,
Econometrics, Product Development and policy research. He has been associated with L&T
Infotech, HCL Technologies, Genpact and Delhi based
premier policy think tank NCAER (National Council for Applied Economic Research) where he
has built analytics practices, COEs, roadmaps, solution designs, algorithms and
high-skilled-teams for Fortune 500 companies and government
of India. He has designed and deployed technology driven real time analytics solutions for
direct tax, risk, fraud, customer experience, collections, healthcare, preventive
maintenance and large scale transformation projects.

Amit Joshi is a Professor of AI, Analytics and Marketing Strategy at IMD. He is the Program Director of the Digital Analytics open program, and the co-director of the program on Artificial Intelligence. Amit is an award-winning professor and researcher and has interacted with a variety of corporate clients in several industries, including telecom, banking and financial services, media, manufacturing, retailing, pharma, education and automobiles. Previously, he worked for Cadbury India Ltd., a company that is now a part of the Mondelez International group. Amit’s research, which focuses on long-run marketing strategy, analytics and AI applications, has been published in top journals, including Journal of Marketing, Marketing Science, Journal of Consumer Culture, Journal of Cultural Economics and Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science. His research has twice won the MSI / H. Paul Root Award, for the best paper in the Journal of Marketing (2010 and 2015) the Robert D. Buzzell Best Paper Award (2006) for the MSI publication with the most long-term impact and bee nominated for the Sheth Foundation Award for long-term contributions. His dissertation won an honorable mention in the 2004 Alden G. Clayton Dissertation Proposal Competition. He is also an award-winning case writer. His research and opinions have been extensively covered in the popular press and media, appearing in outlets including NPR, CNN, NBC, Nikkei, Fast Company, Business Standard, Fox News, Bloomberg, Forbes, Investor Relations Magazine, The Conversation, and Science Daily. Amit earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (P.G.D.M.) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, India, and a Ph.D. is from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
